• Vehicle price — what we negotiate with the seller in Germany.
• Sea freight — Germany to Jebel Ali. RoRo costs less; container costs more but protects better.

The fastest route is a car that is already registered and immediately available, shipped RoRo from Bremerhaven to Shuwaikh Port. RoRo sailings run more frequently than container consolidation, so the vehicle spends less time waiting for a slot — that is where fast shipping is actually won or lost.

Realistic timing: sourcing takes a few days to a few weeks depending on how specific your requirements are, then sea transit to Kuwait adds roughly four to six weeks.

The single biggest cause of delay is incomplete export paperwork — export plates, the ATLAS customs declaration, proof of exit. That is precisely the part we take off your hands. No. You get an itemised quote before any money moves, covering the vehicle price, our service fee, inspection, export plates and customs handling, freight and marine insurance.

What we cannot control are destination-side charges — your country’s import duty and port clearance. Those are set by your local customs authority. We show them as clearly labelled estimates so you can always see which costs are ours and which are not, rather than burying them in one round number.

If a cost changes between quote and delivery, we tell you why before it is incurred. Transparent pricing is easier to verify than to claim, so ask us to itemise anything that looks unclear.

A car cannot simply be loaded onto a ship and sent out of Germany. Leaving the EU legally takes three steps, all of which we handle:

1. The car is fitted with export registration plates.
2. An electronic export declaration is filed through Germany's ATLAS customs system.
3. The exit customs office confirms the vehicle has physically left the EU.

You receive the complete export file: the German purchase contract with a translation, the registration document (Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II), the export declaration, the bill of lading from the shipping line and the marine insurance certificate.
